(An excellent golf pun!  I guess the ladies didn’t have the best round of golf.  Unless you are a pro golfer you have to expect days like this.  Most of us who hit the links are just a bunch of duffers anyway.  With all the divots we create we’re the greens-keepers’ worst nightmare!

All of today’s clue words are on the ralis95 clue word database.  Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, for me.  But we’ve definitely seen “tbmoot” at some time in the past.  Some pretty good jumbles.  The answer letter layout was an awesome eleven letter jumble.  Sublimely cryptic.  Great pun of stroking equaling petting.
