Answer: “SEW” IT “SEAMED“
(A very rare double pun! Very impressive! I wonder if the guys came up with this themselves, or if it came from a devoted Jumble fan’s suggestion? Does anyone remember when we last had a double pun like this? Because, I surely can’t.
All the clue words are familiar old members of the ralis95 clue word database. Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, for me. But we’ve definitely seen “tinday” before. It almost sounds Filipino to me. The answer letter layout was another nifty nine letter jumble. But, with the combination of the repeating letters, the great cartoon, and the quotation marks, it was a pretty simple solve, for me.
Fun cartoon of a wife trying to keep her – wannabe Tony Manero, aka: John Travolta – husband in his pants. If he would just take it a little easier on the raviolis he wouldn’t have to worry about busting out of his trousers like that. LOL! Fun Jumble. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
