(I guess – for some of us – the rules of our childhood never go away! Finder’s keepers, loser’s weepers! Nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah! Mom!!! Make him give them back! And, Fido is thinking: whatever actually falls is MINE! Well, enjoy those fries today, hubby. ‘Cause one day you’re going to wake up wondering why your pants don’t fit. And, then your wife will start calling you her tubby hubby. Or, maybe just Chubby.
All of today’s clue words are on the very latest version of the ralis95 clue word database, that was just emailed to me yesterday. Five of the jumbles are coming up as new for me. However, we’ve definitely seen “tceshk” in previous Jumbles. I had to skip over “lehudp” and come back to it before I was able to see “upheld”. The answer letter layout was a sensational sixteen letter jumble. In that order, I had no clue what the final answer might be. So, I wrote out all the vowels, then all the consonants. That made it easier for me to see that it could be “HERS” within the quotation marks.
Great cartoon of a couple who has brought some fast food home, to their kitchen table. And, their trusty pooch is waiting under the table for something to hit the floor. Even though my daughter gets angry with us, the wife and I do give Wally the occasional french fry. He’s got those big pleading eyes. And, he’s so patient. And, frankly . . . we’re weaklings. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
