Visual Description: Dueling twins.
AHSEM = SHAME, NLDEB = BLEND, KMREEA = REMAKE, SEYFIT = FEISTY — Giving us: SHEBLDREEFEIS
Clue/Question: When the girl’s twin sister mimicked everything she did, she was – – –
Answer: NO FRIGGIN’ IDEA Okay, the jury has rendered its verdict, and the answer is: BESIDE HERSELF
(HEIFER BLESSED? BELIES FRESHED? I am just not seeing where the guys are heading with this one! My daughter just came home, and I let her take a crack at it, and she came up empty as well.
All of the clue words are old favorites. Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, for me. But it seems we’ve seen “nldeb” some time before. It took a few looks for me to see “remake”. The answer letter layout was the third thirteen letter jumble we’ve seen in a row! I’m beginning to think that is a sign of bad luck! LOL!
Great cartoon of identical feuding twins, and their mom who’s not having it. There seems to be a strong floral theme too. But even that ain’t helping me any! Sorry, guys! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

The answer is “beside herself” Don Trappler
It *was* a little tricky today, UR, but my proposed answer is BESIDE HERSELF. A little play on *beside* as “out of sorts” and “right next to.” They must have been identical twins!
UR,
BESIDE HERSELF…….
Happy Birthday America!!^…The great USA*
Enjoy the weekend All***¥ {Safety First}
Lattttttter…….k
PS I always thought Feisty should be spelled Fiesty?¿¿♡
.
Beside herself. Or are you just kidding
The solution is BESIDE HERSELF.
Dear UR, could it be ‘beside herself’? Took me FOREVER + 3 to come up with that… All the usual ‘twins’ words they’ve used in the past didn’t apply here, letter-wise, which I think short-circuited my brain!
Happy 4th of July to you and the fam, and everyone in the Jumble-verse!
Oh dear! Me either. Have to wait for the big reveal in the paper tomorrow
beside herself
C’mon unc, you are much smarter than I am and I got this right off the bat..she was…BESIDE HERSELF
Beside herself. Happy 4th! PSP
I didn’t get it either, and kept seeing SELFISH. So I went to an anagram solving site and out came BESIDE HERSELF. Makes sense, but no credit to me.
Thanks, Don! NOW I see it! Looks like you were the first to send me the correct answer. I’ve got a lot of comments to get to. Happy solving! — YUR
You came in second, hal. LOL! “WAS” was what led me to thinking that something would end in ED. For me, when someone is beside themselves they are extremely angry . . . as in livid. But the cartoon did not make that impression on me. Both girls seemed about equally mad, and the mom was just kind of annoyed that they were arguing . . . yet again. Hats off to you, and the others who – eventually? – got the answer.
The Sunday Jumble was fairly challenging, but I was able to get it after a couple of looks. — YUR
LOL! I know what you mean, Ken. But the “I after E . . .” rule seems to apply to words that are pronounced with the long/hard “E”, but not words that are pronounced with the “I” sound. Good on you getting the answer! And, on behalf of a grateful nation, I appreciate the birthday wishes! — YUR
No josh, Jess! “Sometimes you’re the windscreen, sometimes you’re the bug.” I guess yesterday was my Splaterday! — YUR
Thank you, lady with the hilarious email address! — YUR
Schultzy, I am wit you! Except my brain did not recover from that short circuit . . . for this Jumble. — YUR
You’d have to wait until Monday, Joy! But fortunately there were many readers who did get the final answer. Some admittedly struggled to get it, but it looks like you, me and Art were the only regulars who couldn’t come up with BESIDE HERSELF. So, at least I’m in good company! — YUR
Thanks, Pradeep! — YUR
Now, Bob. I’m not really a “smart guy” . . . I just play one on the internet. I’ve always been more wise guy, than wise man. My reply to hal kind of explained my thinking. Thanks for the compliment though! — YUR
Thank you, Ms. Patty! Happy 4th to you as well! — YUR
I agree, Art. The answer made perfect sense . . . when it was pointed out to me. I just didn’t see it. Ya can’t win ’em all! — YUR
UR, my thinking was exactly like yours, I assumed that one of the words was going to end in ‘ED’, so nothing made any remote sense after that! I literally have to walk away from a puzzle and return a wee bit later to reset my brain from repeating the same pattern.. Oy vey! Hopefully our only blip for the week for the both of us, right?!
Beside Herself
Thanks, Jenn! For some reason the phrasing of the clue/question also threw me a bit! — YUR
Better late than never, Barb! — YUR 😄
