Answer: AN OPEN BOOK
(Getting to know the famous author is always interesting to the readers. Readers want the inside scoop on where the author is coming from, and how that might’ve influenced some of the stories and their characters. Cop – and ex-cop – mysteries are usually pretty popular stories. I’ve read a number of the James Patterson novels. I’m sure the Tracy Clark stories are similarly entertaining.
We have seen all of today’s clue words before. However, all four jumbles came up as new for me. Regardless, I didn’t find any of them to be difficult to unscramble. Great cartoon of folks yearning to hear from their favorite author, at an area book store. Ms. Clark seems to be promoting her book: “Borrowed Time”. Not really her latest book, but maybe this is one of her most popular stories, and folks would like a signed copy from the author. Hey, they also make for great gifts! Is that David L. Hoyt waiting to meet the author? Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
