(Strange quote.  I don’t think I agree with this.  But this made for a very quick solve.  The E was easy to spot, and the author’s name kind of jumped out at me.  Not so much with today’s Celebrity Cipher!  The quote wasn’t tough, but I’d never heard of the celebrity before.  An Italian actress who was Anthony Bourdain’s girlfriend.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Clue/Question:  The twins got in trouble a lot because they were often – – –

Answer:  UP “TWO“ NO GOOD

(I guess some twins are always stuck in the terrible twos!  And, I guess you might call today’s Jumble pun a homophonic-numeric pun!  Have you ever noticed – especially on social media sites – so many folks don’t seem to know the difference between TWO, TO and TOO?    Of course they’re the same people who screw up THEY’RE, THEIR and THERE.  And many write ARE when they mean OUR, and THEN when they should write THAN!  And of course YOUR when they actually mean YOU’RE.  Believe me, I’m no grammar angel.  I know I’ve probably screwed up EFFECT and AFFECT, and I’ve likely used THAT when I should’ve said WHICH, and vice versa.  But some of these folks are beyond the pale.

All of today’s clue words are longtime residents of the ralis95 clue word database.  Three of the jumbles do appear to be new.  I can confirm that we have seen “litug” in previous Jumbles.  The answer letter layout was an elegant eleven letter jumble.  It almost reads like some kind of Chinese/Indonesian name!  LOL!  My name is Wongu Todopo!  Pleased to meet you, Wongu!  Don’t mind me, folks.  I just do this for my own amusement.

Great cartoon of ten year olds up on the roof.  Mom looks pissed!  Frisbees and small balls are famous for getting stuck on the roof, or in the gutter.  Another big one is shuttlecocks!  Oh, and those water pressure rockets, and just about anything else that gets thrown/launched in the air.  Fun Jumble.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
