Clue/Question:  When they subdivided the property into individual home sites, the result was – – –

Answer:  A LOT OF LOTS

(A “Classic” stinky Jumble pun???  Kinda feels like a rerun to me.  Or, some variation of LOTS OF LOTS!  And, I think IT also had to do with a new/proposed subdivision.  There’s nothing wrong with re-hashing the past.  Originality is tough.  Just look at all the remakes Hollywood produces.  And, all those movies with sequels.  And, movies based on television shows.  And, lets not forget all of those television “reboots”!  “The Odd Couple”, “One Day at a Time”, “S.W.A.T.”, “Magnum P.I.”, “MacGyver”, “Hawaii Five-O”, “Fantasy Island”, “Fuller House”, “The Wonder Years” and more!  We gotta give the guys a little leeway.

All classic clue words too.  Three of the jumbles are coming up as new for me, but we’ve definitely seen “loocr” before.  I was able to see them all right away.  The answer letter layout was a tidy ten letter jumble.  Moderately cryptic.  Quick solve though.
