(And, it doesn’t just happen to bird brains! Plenty of people have walked into glass doors and walls. It’s pretty hilarious to watch, but sometimes folks really get hurt! Like with my friend at work, it’s usually when someone is in a rush/late for a meeting. Oh, poor Tony Mo! LOL! He was fine. More embarrassed than anything else. But now GEICO is running a commercial featuring Angry Birds, intentionally flying into a couple’s window. I’ve never played that game, but I guess that’s what they do in it.
Well established clue words again today. But it looks like all of the jumbles have come up as new. I had trouble getting “octane” and actually opted for “encoat”. It comes up in online type dictionaries, but not in Merriam-Websters, or Collins, or Cambridge. But it could just be a matter of time when the verb encoat is fully recognized, and then octane will then no longer be a unique Jumble clue word! The answer letter layout was a thrilling thirteen letter jumble. Beautifully cryptic.
