IVADO = AVOID, GALEE = EAGLE, VORENG = GOVERN, ETIMVO = MOTIVE — Giving us: ADELEVNOI
Clue/Question: People thought Mary Shelley’s new Frankenstein character was a – – –
Answer: NOVEL IDEA
(Newer than this pun at least! Just kidding. But I do believe we’ve had this Jumble answer before. Maybe with another famous novel. I’ve been posting these spoilers for so long now they’re all beginning to sound the same to me. Maybe it’s time for me to hand over the blogging reins to somebody younger, and less jaded. Someone who can post these puzzle answers early, like I used to. But I must’ve done something right over the years, as I’ve inspired a couple of copy cats.
All classic clue words today! Three of the jumbles are coming up as new for me, but we’ve definitely seen “galee” in previous Jumbles. The answer letter layout was a nifty nine letter jumble. Too bad it’s not Adele’s birthday! But rest assured, I will be giving you a birthday video today. All of the cartoon’s dialog made for a great hint.
Great period piece cartoon. It’s hard to believe that “Frankenstein; or The Modern Prometheus” was written in 1818! Some consider it a Gothic novel, while others argue it was the first science-fiction novel. Mary Shelley certainly inspired a lot of writers to create more science-fiction and horror stories. With all the cloning and gene editing scientists are doing they have to carefully consider what they are creating. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Happy birthday to Shakira! (Just for Mac! LOL!)
Nope, nope, nope, UR, the Jumble-verse wouldn’t be the same without you, you’re the Jumble OG! =)
LOL! Thanks, Jenn! — YUR
UR,
In my rather interesting dream; Here goes:
A group of radical leftist thought they had a
“NOVEL IDEA” to GOVERN their country, with one of their MOTIVE’s being to erode/take away some of the citizens rights they’ve had for over two centuries…But Alaaas; A convocation of giant EAGLE’s soared very high and descended
rapidly upon said radicals and as hard as they attempted to AVOID their fate such was not to be…Mercifully their demise was quick☆…….
Then, much to my dismay, my dream was ended by an inappropriate kick from Betty Boo*
is it The End??¿
Lattttttter…….k^
PS UR, Your Upside is much higher than your Downside is low…….^¥ trr4t2
Such a dopey, divisive, disconcerting and disheartening dream dere, Herr Kenmeister! I thought I told you to stop eating those rutabaga and red herring sandwiches so close to bedtime! The entire country is fortunate that there is a Betty Boo there to very appropriately kick you.
*Well-el hello Betty Boo, goodbye brain-fart! Sweet Betty Boo Ken’s so in need of you. I hope Betty Boo, you’ll never part. So hello Betty Boo, goodbye brain-fart!*
Warmest regards to your better half, Ken!

UR,
Points for you SplnMaster^^,,,,,Good retort (not retarded!!)…
Betty Boo says, “UR reminds me of an old encounter, Everly sooo ¥*”…….
…and the beat goes on☆
“Hey you Bro’s, where you get those hairdoooes??¿”
To bad the “Big Bobber” didn’t miss the flight like Dion and the Belmonts did…sad^^
Lattttttter…….k
UR,
Brain-fart>>>Big Bopper not Bobber>>>
Oooh, gota change undies,,,,Bad boy €
Bee Bop is better than a Pee Bop…No??¿
Lattttttter Gatoor…….k
I always thought that was Ricky Nelson, and not the Everly Brothers, Ken. Some of their songs were pretty similar though! Do you think that the Big Bopper could possibly have done better than “Chantilly Lace”? — YUR
Knew what you meant, bro! — YUR
UR,
Yea, that was that was Ricky Nelson singing “Hello Mary Lou”…I through the Everly Brothers in the mix for their “bomb” hair for back in the day??¿…as for Dion Dimucci & the Belmonts;
After playing a concert in Clear Lake, Iowa, at the Surf Ballroom, Buddy Holly arranged a plane flight to their next gig,,,Dion & Crew were allowed to come along…Dion decided that the
$36 was too much¿(real )¿ …for it was the same amount his parents paid/month for rent
back In NYC!!^…so a little after midnight, Feb. 3rd,1959 Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and the
Big Bopper, àlong with the pilot, crashed and died!…this is a classic “God Thing” for Dion and the Boys, in my humble opinion^^^
My next history lesson will be at……
Doo Waa Doo…Lattttter…….k
PS Oh Yea, the Big Bopper had some more bang in his Bop***¥
Let’s have a Sing-a-Long??¿♡….Byyy…….k
Yeah, I guess it was a “God Thing” for the guys who perished in the plane crash too! Was he calling Buddy, Richie and The Big Bopper up to him because he liked their music, and wanted it all to himself? I guess Dion was spared then because God didn’t care for his music! Or, was it because he didn’t like Buddy, Richie and The Big Bopper’s music, and wanted to put an end to it? Then, I guess Dion is fortunate that God liked “Run Around Sue”! These are things we can’t answer, as The Lord works in mysterious ways! — YUR
Well, we’d all like to think so, Ken! But, unfortunately, we’ll never know! — YUR
UR,
Mysterious ways for sure: Man does not have the mind of God!*…….
So, I shall go “Deep” to “kick-off” the week>>Go Bengal’s <<
A mystery hidden within our crinkled cortices
is that out of all the brain cells, only 10% are neurons; the other 90% are glial cells, which encapsulate and support neurons but whose function remains largely unknown!! ₩…
Which leads one to deduce: Ultimately, it's not that we only use 10% of our brains, merely that we only understand about 10% of how it functions!!?¿…….♡
Oh oh, Sweet Susy chirps in, "OK Kenny boy; Tell me why so many of you guys bypass brain function for a lower bodily function, Dah??¿
What a Gal, What a Gal☆
Latttter…….k
While neither a Brain Surgeon, nor a Rocket Scientist, I was intrigued by your comment above, Ken! So, I looked up dem glial thangs you mentioned, and I slipped into the ever comfortable Wikipedia article. I’m well aware that Wikipedia isn’t fool-proof, and may contain errors, but I’ve always enjoyed its simplicity in displaying their facts/info. According to them, scientists have updated the ratio of glia to neurons from 10:1 to around 1:1. This surprised me a little. They didn’t cite any specifics, just “recent studies”. Since MENSA just laughs at me, maybe you look into these developments further.
I hope you informed Susy Q about the “stiff breeze” theory!
— YUR
UR,
Found nothing conclusive so am going to let the glial lay ànd do what they do*… You did a
good-look though, Thx
Susy Q says to tell you, “A “stiff-breeze” is better
than a droopy-…….”
