I just wrote a VERY extensive post for today’s Jumble.  I added an appropriate video, and wanted to add another video, but I didn’t hit Enter after the first one, so I hit the Undo icon – as I’ve done numerous times in the past – but instead of just removing the video, WordPress ERASED my ENTIRE post!  I was hoping against hope that it was saved somewhere as a Draft, but just the blank came up.

I had given high praise to both of the guys for the great puzzle, and did a whole thing on Xenon, but it was all for naught.  Thanks for nothing WordPress!  I don’t have the time, or inclination, to recreate all that I wrote because I’m pissed off.

Xenon appears to be new, and perhaps mutant.  All the jumbles came up as new.

Cryptoquote Spoiler – 10/29/21

(So many of the meme/graphics on the internet are attributing this quote to Buddha.  A few to a Sharon Salzburg (sic).  And, at least one to a Swatantra Saxena.  I didn’t know either of the latter two, but Ms. Salzberg is a best selling author and teacher of Buddhist meditation, and Mr. Saxena is some kind of Indian artist.  So, at least there is a connection there.  Apparently, there is no record of Buddha actually ever saying this.  So, the quote gets heaped on the Source Unknown pile.  There is truth to the quote though.  In order to better love others, we have to love ourselves first.  Never think you are not worthy of love and affection.  You most definitely are.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
