Jumble Spoiler – 05/15/21

Clue/Question:  His son was learning how to bite, which made Dracula proud of his – – –

Answer:  FLESH AND BLOOD

(Cute . . . and creepy, at the same time!  It’s a much more literal pun than most Jumble answers.  Nice concept.  Although, I’m pretty sure vampires are not born.  They’re made by being bitten by another vampire.  Or, so the legend goes.

No new clue words today.  Two of the jumbles came up as new, for me.  But we’ve definitely seen both “bsils” and “riohad” in earlier Jumbles.  It took me a couple of looks to see “eldest”.  The answer letter layout was a thrilling thirteen letter jumble!  It made for a grisly and gory crypt-o-gram.  I fairly quickly saw BLOOD and AND.   From the SFHEL I got FLESH.

Like I said above, the cartoon is both cute and creepy.  I can take both of the parents, but that vampire baby just freaks me the heck out!  And his doll too.  I did like the moon outside the window.  A nice, smiling man-in-the-moon!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
