Answer: TIME IS MONEY
(The expression comes from “Advice to a Young Tradesman”, an essay written by Ben Franklin, way back in the later 1740s! I’m sure that guys like Henry Ford took the adage to heart when he instituted his assembly line. The faster supply met demand the richer old Henry got! Hoyt has had to rely on familiar old friends again, as we’ve seen all of these clue words before. Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, for me. But, we have seen “cniem” some time before. The answer letter layout was a decent eleven letter jumble. It could’ve been a little more cryptic, as the IME made it a little more obvious than it had to be.
Fine assembly line cartoon. It’s been a while since they’ve given us one of these. I just replaced a clock in my bathroom last night! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
