Answer:  TAKING SHAPE

(Looks like he had to, as the earlier one suffered major damage in a fire in 1929.  You’d think Herb would have rebuilt one himself, but I guess he had other things on his mind.

No new clue words today, however all of the jumbles came up as new, for me.  The answer letter layout was a spiffy eleven letter jumble.  It was decently cryptic.  I can see some of you folks having to work to get the final answer.  But, I was able to get it rather quickly.

Fine historical piece cartoon.  I believe during his first term though FDR made a great effort to hide his disability.  But, I suppose within the confines of the White House he had to use the wheelchair.  Great likenesses of FDR and Gugler.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
