cartoon slug - Catherine Watkin: Selling from the Heart

Answer:  SLUGGISH

(Snails without shells freak most people out.  But they won’t hurt you.  Slugs are just another of nature’s creatures.  They serve a purpose.  Most just take care of decaying plants, animals and fecal matter.  They’re like nature’s garbagemen.

All of today’s clue words are familiar old friends.  Three of the jumbles appear to be new, but we’ve definitely seen “gilco” before.  The answer letter layout was a fine eight letter jumble.

Cute cartoon of a couple of slugs.  Lots of fun.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
