Answer:  KEY TO SUCCESS

(Katy bar the door!  The answer hit me like a bolt outta the blue!  But, let’s get a grip.  Any latch-key kid could have solved this one, of that I can assure you.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a new clue word.  Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, for me.  But, we’ve definitely seen “trute” sometime before today.  None of the jumbles tripped me up though.  The answer letter layout was a terrific twelve letter jumble.  But, just like nuts and bolts, few things go together like a lock and key!

Fine cartoon of a father and daughter locksmith business, along with a loyal satisfied customer.  Mrs. Jones holding a key was a bit of a bonus clue.  Fun Jumble!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Hi UR…Check out May 31st, 2017. A slight TURN of phrase! And Kudos👏🏻 on the BOLT out of the blue! 🔐🙋🏻‍♀️

    “bolt out of the blue”…

Indeed. I am not exaggerating or bragging here: the first thing I did was glance at the cartoon and caption. I “locked” on the clueword “locksmith,” looked at the final answer grid layout, and one second later knew the final-answer solution, without unscrambling the regular words, which were also easy. And that’s probably because we had an identical final answer and almost identical rerun final-answer setup (different four regular words and cartoon) within the past three years:

For that in December 2020, I flash a second yellow card, and we know what that means in soccer. C’mon guys, seriously: of *course* the universe of Jumble final-answer puns is far from limitless, but at least make an effort and find a creative, new setup for each and every puzzle, or else rerun the earlier puzzle with a while-we’re-on-vacation-repeat label.

Glad you guys liked the BOLT quip! But, 3 and 1/2 years isn’t so bad. Maybe they should try a KEY TO MY HEART, or a KEY TO HAPPINESS tack next time. — YUR
