“Those are happy who have been brought up in the habit of being content with humble fare.” — Dr. William Kitchiner
(I think this quote has great merit . . . at face value. But, it also is very ironic when you consider that Dr. Kitchiner – a well known optician and food/cookbook writer of the early 19th century – has been credited as the creator of crisps – aka potato chips! I guess you could call him one of the pioneers of modern obesity. But, we welcome Dr. Kitchiner to the Cryptoquote Club today! Be well – watch those chips – and do good, friends.) — YUR

Oh, yeah. My mother too, Micheline! I guess it’s a generational thing. — YUR
