How Mark Twain Became a Free Trader - The Globalist

Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because fiction is obliged to stick to the possibilities; truth isn’t.”   —   Mark Twain

(I don’t think that anyone could have written the story of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election, or the past 3 and 3/4 years.  Not even Dean Koontz, or Clive Barker!  It’s been the nightmare that I can’t seem to wake up from.  If all good things must come to an end then I guess that this too shall pass.  Don’t give up hope, folks!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Glee' Actress Jane Lynch Speaks to Late Co-star Naya Rivera in a Touching Post on Twitter

Answer:  FIT THE BILL

(Or, the William, I suppose.  A funny old expression, that ironically – in this case – means suitable!  And, of course it should fit Bill Gates, seeing that he hired a tailor to make it for him.  He probably hasn’t bought off the rack at least since 1986, the year Microsoft went public.  He and Paul Allen changed the world of personal computing when they came out with Windows.  MS-DOS was fine if you were a little geeky, but Windows was so much more user friendly.

None of today’s clue words are new.  Two of the jumbles are, but we’ve seen both “rublt” and “tiykt” before.  No stumpers for me today.  The answer letter layout was a tidy ten letter jumble.  The final answer just seemed to roll off my tongue though..

Passable resemblances of Bill and Melinda.  I think that Jeff patterned the tailor/seamstress after Jane Lynch.  A talented actress, and now the host of the reboot  “Weakest Link”.  I haven’t seen it yet, but then again I’m a “Jeopardy” man.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
