“It is sheer madness to live in want in order to be wealthy when you die.” — Juvenal
(I couldn’t agree more! Except, most of us don’t know when we’re going to die, and we simply don’t want to starve to death, or die destitute. So, we can’t afford to be foolhardy. Like most things in life, moderation is the key. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

LOL, lwc! Where EVER did you come up with this great song??? Actually, I like this video better than the “official” live one. You can never go wrong with young, attractive, and fit Asian women, in my book! Thank you. — YUR
I was poking around when it popped up and it brought to mind the conversation about exercise music in our youth.
I’m sure there’re others as good, but that one hit the spot at that moment and I felt compelled to share.
I hope others like it !
So . . . it had absolutely nothing to do with the video that is – and was already – at the bottom of this post? LOL! Even if you didn’t play that video, I think just having seen it at the bottom of the post put a subconscious seed in your brain, my friend. No harm. Like I said. I liked yours even better.
