Jumble Spoiler – 09/10/20

Clue/Question:  The scuba divers got married underwater and began their new life together in – – –

Answer:  “WETTED“ BLISS

(This would probably be considered a stinky pun . . . if it was above the water’s surface.  You can’t smell anything below water.  Can you?  I guess these scuba divers took “take the plunge” very literally.  Does this mean they’re joined in “wetlock”???

All of the clue words are familiar old friends again.  Two of the jumbles came up as new, for me.  But, we’ve definitely seen “lepsl” and “syatt” before.  No stumpers today, for me.  The answer letter layout is a waterlogged eleven letter jumble.  It kept the final answer nicely submersed.

Super seafloor cartoon.  I think both Jacques Cousteau and James Cameron would be pleased.  A few different fish, some sponges, a sea fan, a starfish, and the semi-classic sunken sailboat in the background.  All great stuff.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
