Jumble Spoiler – 09/01/20

Visual Description:  Berry impatient.

CCMIO  =  COMIC,  NHKUC  =  CHUNK,  WPASYM  =  SWAMPY,  PEUDXL  =  DUPLEX   —   Giving us:  CICHNKSWADPE

Clue/Question:  They were carefully selecting which berries to eat.  It was fun to – – –

Answer:  PICK AND “CHEWS“

(Definitely a stinky pun.  A real groaner.  But, it made for a wonderful, family friendly – naturally – Jumble.

All of the clue words have been used in previous Jumbles a number of times.  However, all of the jumbles came up as new, for me.  No stumpers for me.  The answer letter layout was a tremendous twelve letter jumble.  Absolutely nothing obvious about it.  But, of course people PICK berries, and the quotation marks made it simple to get to CHEWS.

Fine family farming cartoon.  The little boy seems to be in a feeding frenzy.  Fresh berries, right off the bush, are mighty flavorsome!  The sister seems fed up with his fervor.  Mom doesn’t seem terribly flustered.  A fully enjoyable Jumble.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
