(A fine, legit pun.  Everything seemed above board.  Except maybe our chess enthusiast.  Most folks who go on cruises are looking for a little fun in the sun . . . and lots of food and drink.  Playing chess is fairly far down on my cruise to-do list.  But, to each their own.

No new clue words today.  All of the jumbles came up as new for me.  “I thought that “nledat” was an interesting jumble.  I started to go Billy Ray on “rbyeak” for about a second, then I thought better.  The answer letter layout was a balmy seaworthy seven letter jumble.  Decently cryptic too.

Loads to like in the cartoon.  Deck chairs and sun-wear.  A fruity cocktail in hand, and the classic sinking sailboat on the horizon.  A classic Jumble.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
