(I completely agree with this!  It might sound a little hokey to some, but I wouldn’t mind seeing Mrs. O run as the #2, along with Joe Biden.  There’s been a lot of talk that he is going to choose a woman for a running mate.  I’m kinda cool on Kamala after the debates.  I loved Liz in 2016, but she kinda let me down too.  I warmed up some to Amy,  but . . .   I’d really like to see Stacey Abrams, or maybe even the Mayor of Atlanta, Keisha Lance Bottoms.  They are forward thinking women.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

(I’ve definitely been scratching my head a lot today!  It’s kinda like seeing someone yawn.  Just the thought of poison ivy can make me itch.  For a number of years, I seemed to get a bad case of it, at least once a year.  Sometimes more often.  Somehow, I have avoided it the last few years.  And, I never got it as a kid.  I hope that that phase of my life is over, because it is no fun whatsoever!

There were no new clue words today.  And, there was only one new jumble.  We’ve seen “diceh”, starhh” and “eeggan” at one time or another.  But, that didn’t stop me from struggling to get “engage”.  I had to back into it.  The answer letter layout was a terrific thirteen letter jumble.  Fortunately, I was able to figure out the final answer with the first ten letters!

Another fine domestic scene cartoon.  That’ll teach Dad for wearing a hat indoors!  Where was he raised?  In a barn??  A gentleman never wears a hat indoors!  Of course the old etiquette, and sense of manners, doesn’t seem to resonate with many people today.  But, yer Uncle still remembers the way his Momma raised him!  LOL!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
