Many of the things they want you to learn sound and look difficult at first. But, the trick is simple; just keep quiet, pay attention, and practice.
The instructors will do three things:
1. He’ll spend an hour or more explaining what and how he wants you to do something.
2. He’ll demonstrate it several times.
3. Then he’ll have you keep practicing repeatedly, no matter how long it takes, until you get it right at least once.
Everything after that is just more practice, and re-practice.
The military trains constantly because all the skills you learn are perishable.
