“The beauty of the world has two edges, one of laughter, one of anguish, cutting the heart asunder.” — Virginia Woolf
(I’ve always loved the word “asunder”! It used to be part of the standard wedding ceremonies, but so much of those were full of blatant sexism. More people should use the word asunder. It’s been a while since we’ve had a Virginia Woolf quotation. I’ve never read any of her novels, but I do like the way she thinks/writes. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
