“Be wary of strong drink. It can make you shoot at tax collectors . . . and miss.” — Robert A. Heinlein
(Hilarious! And, very appropriate, considering today’s date. I never knew that Mr. Heinlein had a good sense of humor! Stay well, stay strong, and always do good, friends.) — YUR

A childhood fav of mine.
I was always a SciFi fan. Top of my list was Issac Asimov. I enjoyed so many of his stories and had a subscription to his magazine decades ago where i learned of his fondness for dirty limericks. I hope all the Jumble fans out there enjoy the Daily Jumble as a distraction from the (SPOILER ALERT) current event(s) as much as I do.
That is frowned upon, Gary. But, you’re a good guy, so I’ll let it slide. — YUR
UR, I did think about it after I submitted the comment and I will be sure not to repeat my mistake. I hope nobody including you read this before solving the 4/16/2020 Jumble. You could have not posted it and I would have understood. Be safe.
You were safe there, Gary, because none of the comments go up until they’re approved. I generally approve the overnight/early AM comments right before I post that day’s spoilers. It didn’t even sink in that you were providing a spoiler for the Jumble, because you were commenting on the previous Cryptoquote I believe. I guess it wasn’t obvious to me, and I posted that Jumble spoiler soon after anyway. So, no worries! — YUR
