Visual Description: Granny and the kiddies.
CSTKEO = SOCKET, GLEPTI = PIGLET, CAEIDV = ADVICE, PRYOLO = POORLY, FOLTAA = AFLOAT, CUSKUR = RUCKUS — Giving us: SOPIVIEPORFOTRU
Clue/Question: Was the cat content? Yes. The sound made by the cat was – – –
Pre-Answer: Two Words “(4-3 letters)” (8-letters)
Answer: “PURR–OOF“ POSITIVE
(Ooh! This was a real stinky pun. The clue words weren’t so tough, but the final answer was kind of sneaky challenging. It actually made me groan a little!
All of the clue words are already on the world famous ralis95 clue word database. But five of the jumbles appear to be new. We have definitely seen “glepti” sometime in the past. The answer letter layout was a super fifteen letter jumble. It hid the final answer from me very nicely, for a while. I figured PURR had to be part of it. Then I saw the POSITIVE. It took me another minute to process the OFO into OOF, and get the pun.
Cute cartoon of a granny and her grand-kids. That is one monster of a cat! He must weigh 20 pounds, or so. At least he’s content! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Sweet nannies. I bet that one loves that umbrella so much she takes it anywhere. But don’t let her try it out outdoors; repeat the confinement rules and offer to shop for her, instead. The other one is fine; her companion is much better than anything that may be happening outside. Cheers
This one’s a mixed bag for me. For me the flow of clue-to-answer is a bit forced, *but* I do appreciate a benefit: by emphasizing a cat sound in the clue, invented-spelling “PURR-OOF” was not too hard to find.
Not so good: this is our fourth cat final answer in the past five weeks (February 17, March 6, 7, and 22) and the second one in that interval that has relied on PURR. Better: at least “PURR-OOF” and “PURR-RESIDENTS” feel like fresh puns.
I wonder just how many “cat” themed Jumbles have been created over the years. I thought of 2 words that could be used as one word solutions but if I can think of them, they likely have been used. 1) cataclysm 2) catastrophe
Not sure, Gary. Catastrophe seems more likely in my mind. But, I don’t remember them using either word. My memory isn’t what it used to be. — YUR
I did get the PURR and the POSITIVE, but, what was I to do with FOO, OFO, OOF?? The husb checked and PURR and POSITIVE were correct. Then he told me the missing “word” was OOF….and to my blank stare he said “like in PROOF POSITIVE.” And then I groaned!! What a stinker this little Jumble was! Good going guys! LL
