“There is no better exercise for your heart than reaching down and helping to lift someone up.” — Bernard Meltzer
(Not quite the same as cardio, but he’s talking more the metaphysical heart anyway. Helping people usually makes everyone feel good. So, why not make it a practice? Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Reaching down is wonderful to lend a hand but sheer hell for the lower back.
Tell me about it! Mine’s been acting up lately. no fun. — YUR
Hi
In the days of coronavirus especially.
Yes, Micheline. During this coronavirus pandemic we need to practice some of the cherished Cs: caution and cleanliness, but also civility and compassion. We need to remember that for most of us this is still highly survivable, and we’re all in this together. — YUR
Civility and compassion are essential. I’ve been doing my thinking. Governments will have to bail people out as well as airlines. It will not last forever.
I hear Trump has proposed suspending Federal Withholding tax for a while. Other than that, I don’t see our government bailing out the little guy. — YUR
The least expensive of containing Covid-19 is paying the little guy. This is morally unacceptable and reckless. There are a lot of little guys. They’ll catch the disease and it will spread. He should talk with Dr Fauci and Dr Grasselli. Mr Trump does not understand what is going on. He is incompetent.
No argument from me, Micheline! — YUR
