Jumble Spoiler – 01/15/20

Clue/Question:  She finally reached the par 5 in two shots after she – – –

Answer:  LONGED TO DO IT

(This was not the easiest of solves.  It didn’t take me too long, but it was much less than automatic, for me.  Fortunately, the TO, DO, and IT came to me pretty quickly.  The GNDLEO took me about a minute to un-jumble.  I wasn’t super fond of the pun, but it’s alright.

None of the clue words were new, but all of the jumbles appear to be so.  I was able to get all of them immediately, so they couldn’t have been all that hard.  The answer letter layout was a great twelve letter jumble.  Not obvious.

Fine golf course cartoon!  It looks like the green is up a little hill.  That would probably make getting up on two, on this long par 5, that much harder.  Nice going, lady!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
