(This is a first class stinky pun! I really liked it. I’ve only been to Maine once, but I enjoyed it. It was five years ago, and it was in Kennebunkport, celebrating my sister’s birthday. She would go up there at least once a year. I saw George Bush Sr.’s compound from across a strait of some kind. It was right around the 4th of July, but it was very chilly during the evening fireworks.
All of today’s clue words are familiar old friends. Although, all of the jumbles appear to be new. I didn’t struggle with any of them. The answer letter layout was a fine nine letter jumble. Nothing obvious there. The state motto and the quotation marks around the answer slots were the big clue.
