Clue/Question: Once one office worker started wearing business attire to work, others – – –
Answer: FOLLOWED SUIT
(What’s a suit??? LOL! Just kidding. It seems you rarely see people dress for the office these days. It’s like Casual Friday all week long now. Maybe some of the muckety-mucks still get dressed, because they have to attend meetings with other muckety-mucks. But, the rank and file folk get to wear khakis and such pretty much all the time.
Would you believe that the very common word “crowd” is a new clue word today? Beats the crap outta me how that happened. But, it was not on the latest version of the ralis95 clue word database. So, I guess our friend has a little work to do. The jumble “sluph” came up as having been used before, but all the others appear to be new. The answer letter layout was a splendid twelve letter jumble. I didn’t find anything obvious about it. But, the answer did kind of scream out to me.
Great office scene cartoon. Everybody looks very dapper. It looks like the intern is pushing a mail cart! Do they still have those things? I thought everything was electronic these days. Maybe he’s pushing a cart full of copy paper, and other office supplies. Someones got to do it. Feels like a Monday morning, even though it’s a Tuesday. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
