Clue/Question:  The catamaran needed to turn around, so it did an – – –

Answer:  A-“BOAT“-FACE

(A cute, stinky pun.  I never really realized that about-face was a hyphenated word.  I guess I never really gave it any thought. 

We appear to have another new clue word today, in “clank”.  Another pending addition to the ralis95 clue word database!  It turns out that Sunday’s “darker” had been used back on Father’s Day, 2018.  But, I did not flag ralis95 in the subject line.  He does not get/do Sunday Jumbles, so he relies on my notifying him of any new words.  I’m pretty sure he would’ve seen it in yesterday’s email notification.  All of the jumbles appear to be new.  None gave me any trouble.  The answer letter layout was a fine nine letter jumble.  I wouldn’t be surprised if some of you were stumped, for a while, getting today’s final answer.
