(I like it.  It’s a little different, but still a good pun.  I wonder if any/many of you struggled with it.  A nice way of closing out the work week.

“Su-prise, su-prise, su-prise!”  Where is Gomer Pyle, when you need him?  “Would you believe . . . ” – Maxwell Smart – that “supply” is a *new* clue word?  Well, apparently it is.  Our wise old friend, ralis95, will soon be adding this everyday word to his world famous clue word database.  Three of today’s jumbles are coming up as new, with “ttuna” having definitely been used sometime in the past.  The answer letter layout was a DANDY eleven letter jumble.  All the T’s and U’s helped to get the final answer.

Cryptoquote Spoiler – 05/31/19

(Kind of a puzzling quote, until you read a little of her life story.  Apparently, she had spent some years in a psychiatric hospital, and was just days away from having a lobotomy, when – fortunately – she won a major literary award for her short stories, giving her a reprieve.  I’m fairly sure that her doctors had convinced her that the lobotomy would be for her own good.  Boy!  Did she dodge a bullet there, or what?!!  Another great reason to not blindly believe all that you’re told, people.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
