Clue/Question: After Evel Knievel’s early success performing motorcycle jumps, he was able to – – –
Pre-Answer: Four Words (4-letters) (2-letters) (3-letters) (8-letters)

Answer: RAMP UP HIS BUSINESS
(A great nostalgic stinky pun! I was a pre-teen when Evel started becoming a big deal. His jumps became must-see events! And, this was long before the days of YouTube, or any aspect of an internet. Despite having broken virtually every bone in his body, many of them more than once, he actually had quite a lengthy career. I believe most moms referred to him as “that damn fool!”
All of today’s clue words are familiar old friends. So, no need to bother ralis95. However, five of the jumbles appear to be new, with only “noytbu” having definitely been used before. A couple of them gave me pause. “pliaam” took me a couple of looks, but I saw “impala” pretty quickly. But, “userun” had me stumped! Even after considering UNRUSE I couldn’t seem to come up with it. I had to back into it, after the big solve. It only represented two letters, so the big solve was no problem. The answer letter layout was an impressive seventeen letter jumble. Nothing jumps out at you! It was the combination of the cartoon, its dialog, and the leading nature of the clue/question that made the final answer easy for me.
Great cartoon of Evel, and probably his manager. Great likeness of him, his bike and outfit. The ramp, before the row of cars, shows prominently above their heads. And, you can clearly see that they are in some kind of stadium, or race track. The cane/walking stick was a nice touch! All of Evel’s injuries kind of took their toll, as he only lived to age 69. One thing can definitely be said about him, he never lacked for confidence. Very memorable character! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
