Clue/Question: When the track coach’s stopwatch wouldn’t work, it was – – –

Answer: BAD TIMING
(Oh, yeah. That’s definitely a stinky pun. Not a prize winner, by any means. More of an also ran. Guess who is never an also ran? Katelyn Tuohy. With this young lady, it’s never a matter of if she’s going to win. It’s always more a matter of by how much! I think I saw her in Walmart last week.
All of today’s clue words are familiar old friends. And, two of the jumbles have been used before too. Only “noyir” and “mluteb” are coming up as new jumbles. The answer letter layout is a fine 9-letter jumble. It did a swell job of disguising the final answer.
Great outdoor high school track scene. It looks like the coach is trying to use a fancy digital stopwatch, instead of the old “60 Minutes” style stopwatches. I think this is still the season for indoor track though. I could be wrong. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
