(What do you think? Are arrogant nerds annoying, or merely amusing? I’m definitely a nerd, but I am mega-cool. Plus, I’m one heckuva handsome, hunky dude. And, on top of it all, my humility is boundless! Yes, yer uncle is the total package. LOL!
Hey! Guess what? We have a new clue word today, in “heyday”! For some reason, I saw this compound word right away! Our old pal ralis95 may add it to his world famous clue word database. The jumbles that threw me for a minute or so were “aifurn” and “nlavad”. All six jumbles came up as new today. The answer letter layout was a spectacular 17-letter jumble. I didn’t struggle with it, but there also was nothing obvious about it. I would not blame anyone for having a tough time getting the answer.
The champ looks a little like Andrew Luck! I’m watching the Pro-Bowl. That’s one of Jeff’s boys. I always like to see it when Jeff and David end up in the cartoon. It has been a while though. I haven’t played Scrabble in a long, long time. Don’t know how good I’d be. I’d probably hold my own. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. I feel like the M&M from their Christmas commercial! “He does exist!” LOL! — YUR

Unc, how are you!! I saw you fell, hurt your knee, and had chest pain!? Egad! I’m thinking an EKG wouldn’t hurt…just to make sure you didn’t/don’t have an issue. A tad concerned here.
I finally solved this Jumble today!! I was totally stuck on the answer being YOU HAVE NO WORD……of course nothing fit or made sense. Today In glancing at the puzzle I tried YOU HAVE MY…then it hit.
Been so tied up and then the husb had a simple back surgery that went not so simple (found the nerve in question was stuck to the bone), so right now recovery is sssllloowwwww, and my time is very limited. I’m hoping to get Christmas put up tomorrow!
The guys continue to be at the top of their game. So love my Jumbles…they are keeping me sane, even when they drive me a bit nuts!

Thanks for asking, LindaLee. Unfortunately, I think this has become a *trick* knee for me. I thought it was healing on its own, but after a few days of relative comfort I woke up one morning as though someone had taken a lead pipe to my knee! I started wearing a knee brace, and that helps some, but it just has to kind of slide back into a good position. Just yesterday, after being okay for a few days, while seated at the computer, the damn thing went out again, so I’m currently in pain . . . again. I can walk with the pain, just not all that fast. Getting up and sitting down is when I really feel it. I’m sure it will shift back in a day or so. So, I just have to be patient with it.
Sorry to hear about you hubby’s problems! I’ve had my share of back issues throughout my life, and I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. I’m sure, under your great care, he will recover. He’s lucky to have you. Sounds like you are in need of some R & R though. Make sure to squeeze in some *Me-time* whenever you can. You deserve it, girl! Be well, LL! — YUR
