TIDOT = DITTO, FISFN = SNIFF, WEPDOR = POWDER, CLISEK = SICKLE — Giving us: DOSNIPOESIC
Clue/Question: The ice cream shop employees knew a lot because they had the – – –

Answer: INSIDE SCOOP
(A very tasty pun! And, an opportune time for me to promote my step-son and daughter-in-law’s business! Ice cream, baked goods, soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps, and a variety of beverages! Always fresh food. Always friendly service. They also offer many vegan and gluten free options.
Apparently, we have a new clue word today, in “sickle”. I could not find it in the world famous ralis95 clue word database, so it looks like it will soon be a new addition! We’ve seen the jumble “tidot” before, but the other three are coming up as new. It took a couple brief looks for me to see “sniff”. The answer letter layout was a great jumble. I figured SCOOP right away, but I had to write out the remaining letters, DSNIEI, before I saw INSIDE. Super pun!
Fun cartoon of an ice cream shop. I like how the little tot has his nose pressed up against the glass. Ahh. Anticipation of one of life’s simplest pleasures. It doesn’t get much better than that. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
