Clue/Question: The book about Henry Ford and his car company was an – – –

Answer: “AUTO“-BIOGRAPHY
(I still think there’s been a shift in how to use quotation marks, in the Jumbles! Today they seem unnecessary. The hyphen alone would have sufficed. It’s still AUTO. Ahh! I’m talking to the wall.
Very familiar clue words today. However, all of the jumbles came up as new. I had a surprisingly difficult time un-jumbling “opyrol”. I didn’t have to back into it, or anything, but it took a while. The answer letter layout was a nicely cryptic jumble, but the cartoon’s dialog, and the clue question, kinda screamed out the answer.
Another fine period cartoon. Great old typewriter. Great model of a Model-T, on the desk. I’m thinking that the younger males are his sons, as Henry does not look super old here. Otherwise, I suppose they could be his grandsons. Maybe the one holding the toy/model car is his son Edsel! Uhh! What do I know? It’s all supposition, on my part. The “Edsel” car was definitely different looking, but I wouldn’t call it ugly. I definitely like the one in the picture above. Some day, I’d love to visit the Henry Ford Museum, in Dearborn, MI. It looks awesome on TV! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
