Clue/Question:  They wanted to install a new traffic signal and just needed the city to – – –

Answer:  GREEN LIGHT IT

(Give it the green light is a fairly popular idiom.  You don’t really hear Give the red light to, or Give the yellow light to pretty much anything.  It’s usually for proceed, not stop, or caution.  Except, maybe, for people who are really caught up in the traffic signal analogy.

Ralis95 can take a breather today.  Mr. Hoyt  did not give us a new clue word today.  He did give us four new jumbles though.  I didn’t struggle with any of them though.  The answer letter layout was a swell jumble.  I might have switched “grill” and “glitz”, because the LIG, and the later HT, made LIGHT fairly apparent to me.
