“I don’t need a fancy party to be happy. Just good friends, good food and good laughs.” —Maria Sharapova
(She is like 6′ 2″ tall. That is extremely tall for a woman. A leggy beauty, who is a world class tennis player. One would think that the world is her oyster! I think I would let her date my son. Two Aires would be a great match. And, my grandchildren would be gorgeous! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
Clue/Question: Considered to be exceptionally honest, the judge was – – –
Answer: TRIED AND TRUE
(It looks like Mac has gone from court clerk to judge! I used to love the show “Night Court”. I had almost forgotten that the foil to Dan Fielding, in the first season, was Billie Young, played by the singer Ellen Foley. From season 2 on it was Christine Sullivan, played by Markie Post. This show could always get a laugh out of me.
There are no new clue words today, yet all of the jumbles came up as new. The toughest one for me was “uttan”. I kept trying to make a two syllable word . . . like the jumble. I guess it was taunt-ing me. The answer letter layout was a very impressive jumble. Not obvious. It took me about a minute to see the answer.
Great cartoon. The one guy really looks like John Larroquette. I remember him when he was on “Baa Baa Black Sheep”. And, if the hair was blonde, the woman could pass for Markie Post. And, the judge does resemble Charles Robinson. Not sure why Jeff didn’t go for Harry Anderson. It was a fun Jumble though! Took me back. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
