Jumble Spoiler – 07/21/18

Clue/Question:  The handyman bought a new truck so he could – – –

Answer:  TOOL AROUND

(This is either a low-rider pickup truck, or those two dudes are giants!  The *truck* reminds me a little of those old El Caminos.  Similar to the Ford Ranchero, they were kind of a station wagon/pickup truck hybrid.  I don’t know how handy they might’ve been, but I just thought they looked odd.

All of the clue words are old favorites today, but three of the four jumbles appear to be new.  We’ve definitely seen “toodu” before.  None of them tripped me up today.  The answer letter layout  was a splendid jumble.  Nothing obvious about it.

Unusual cartoon.  I liked the tools and the toolbox though.  A more defined circular saw today.  The wrenches hanging on the garage wall adds to it nicely.  And, I like the smiley face key-chain.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
