Jumble Spoiler – 07/09/18

Clue/Question:  The carpenter was very muscular, and his admirers noticed his – – –

Answer:  GOOD BUILD

(If this guy is building a deck – and he works cheap – send him over to my house!  My deck is in dire straits!  I’ll even be his assistant.  My build is not as good, but I am trying to shed a few lbs.  A nice Monday morning Jumble.  Nobody wants to have to think too hard on any given Monday.

All old favorite clue words today.  We had “gauge” just a few weeks ago, and “gumbo” pops up frequently, as does “ballad”.  We haven’t seen “adjoin” in a while, but when we did we likely saw it with “jadino”.  Only “mougb” and “bldlaa” seem to be new jumbles.  The answer letter layout was a fine jumble.  It gave nothing away.

Fine cartoon.  The dude looks fairly studly.  I liked the nails in his mouth!  Much easier than having to fish them out of your pocket.  I decided to give the ladies an Aussie stud-muffin.  He’s sitting on a pretty lame deck though!  It looks like Jeff went a little basic with his circular saw.  Maybe he was a little pressed for time.  Good Jumble though.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
