Jumble Spoiler – 07/02/18

SUPEA  =  PAUSE,  DUIMH  =  HUMID,  DLORCE  =  COLDER,  TEMMON  =  MOMENT   —   Giving us:  PAHDERME

Clue/Question:  With dirty clothes everywhere, her attempt to clean her room was being – – –

Answer:  HAMPERED

(No doubt, a pungent pun!  It looks like Jeff is giving us another slice of his home life.  Kathy, Sydney, and . . . poochie!  Looks like Syd is college age now.  How time flies!

We actually have TWO NEW CLUE words today!  Our good friend, ralis95, will have to update his world famous clue word database for both”colder” and “moment”.  I actually struggled a bit to get “colder”, as I thought “dlorce” was a great jumble.  So, we have three new jumbles today.  They have used “duimh” in the past.  The answer letter layout was a fine jumble as well.  Not obvious.

The cartoon does a great job of showing a teen’s messy bedroom.  Girls seem to be no better than boys.  Maybe even a little worse, because they generally like to change clothes more often.  I’ll have some laundry to do tomorrow, myself.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
