Jumble Spoiler – 06/23/18

Visual Description:  Caffeinated conflict.

GOLCI  =  LOGIC,  NITEW  =  TWINE,  DEECRU  =  REDUCE,  BRAJEB  =  JABBER   – – –   Giving us:  LOGITWNRUEBBER

Clue/Question:  When another coffee shop opened next door, there was – – –

Answer:  TROUBLE BREWING

(Fresh brewed coffee, and especially freshly ground coffee beans, always smell great to me.  So, this can’t possibly be a stinky pun!  But, I’m sure some would beg to differ.

All of the clue words are familiar old friends.  But, all four of the jumbles appear to be new.  None of them were too tough.  The answer letter layout was an impressive fourteen letter jumble.  I found nothing obvious about it.  The clue/question was what led me to the answer.

Fun cartoon.  A slacker dude in the traditional coffee shop, and a hipster-trash dude in the fancier shop.  A satisfying cup o’ Jumble!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
