Answer: SUNNY–SIDE DOWN
(I like it. More of a turn of a phrase, than an actual pun. All of the clue words are already on the ralis95 clue word database. But, all of the jumbles appear to be new. It took me a few seconds to see “divine”. I saw the other three right away.
The answer letter layout was a commendable thirteen letter long jumble. I thought it was beautifully cryptic.
The cartoon is a great diner scene. I guess they’re the same in Canada as they are in the good old U.S. of A. It looks like Jeff crossed the border from north of Seattle, across the Strait of Juan de Fuca, or maybe the Haro Strait, over to Victoria, British Columbia. From there he no doubt went up to Sidney, and maybe Sidney Island. Sure, the spelling is different, but . . . dads! We’ve been hitting up some diners lately. Good food, and plenty of it. Carol always ends up bringing some home. I usually just stuff myself. But, then I don’t eat for the rest of the day. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
