Answer: STAR OF THE SHOW
(It’s always THE star of our show. We kind of take it for granted, but we couldn’t very well live without it. The ancient people worshiped it, as a god, and for good reason. Eclipses really freaked them out, similar to those Heaven’s Gate people. Comets, eclipses, and other astronomical events used to bring out the worst in people.
We have three new jumbles today, with “rahhs” having been used before. All of the clue words were old friends. The answer letter layout was a very challenging jumble. Not obvious in the least.
The cartoon was fun, with most people with the special glasses. Someone in the back is using the shoebox with a pinhole in it. WordPress does not like “shoebox”! Who the heck is in charge of compound words, anyways? It must be during the total eclipse, as everybody is in the dark. Great Jumble! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
