Visual Description: More Rushmore?
RAHOD = HOARD, NUDOH = HOUND, SERDYS = DRESSY, TAREMU = MATURE — Giving us: HADHODEATE
Clue/Question: Competition between Mount Rushmore’s Presidents was – – –
Answer: HEAD–TO–HEAD
(Just like the Cryptoquote, we’re seeing a recent theme again, in a short span of time! The puzzles today are like movie sequels.
No new clue words, but three new jumbles. We’ve seen “serdys” before. I thought “taremu” was an interesting jumble. I didn’t see “mature” right away. The answer letter layout was a nice jumble. The word “competition” was the big clue today.
Fun cartoon. This might be the first time we’ve had the presidential heads of Mount Rushmore actually speaking. I like the stunned expressions on Jefferson and Teddy! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. If you think I was late today . . . I won’t be posting tomorrow’s spoilers, and maybe not Saturday’s, until a little later. I’ve got some bidness to attend to. Thanks for your patience. — YUR
