Visual Description: Watering hole clique.
RFOEF = OFFER, CYITH = ITCHY, NIESUG = GENIUS, CANUNE = NUANCE — Giving us: ORIHGNINN
Clue/Question: The rhinoceros showed how rude he was by – – –
Answer: HORNING IN
(Great pun! I’m not even going to call it “stinky”. But, I do take issue with the premise. This looks like a very public watering hole, so there should be no expectation of privacy! Not unless the zebra and giraffe were whispering. But, I wasn’t getting that vibe.
There were no new clue words today, but all the jumbles appear to be new. I couldn’t get “genius” until I backed into it. I was toying with the idea of “sueing”, because suing seemed a little short to me. I guess that means I’m no genius! The answer letter layout was almost orihgn-al.
Fine cartoon of an African savanna. Is that a black rhino, or a white rhino? Hmm. I’m also not sure what kind of bird is hitching a ride on the rhino. Perhaps it’s the African Oxpecker? Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
