“A clear vision, backed by definite plans, gives you a tremendous feeling of confidence and personal power.” — Brian Tracy
(For some reason, motivational speakers have never really spoken to me. I guess it’s hard to motivate a wise-ass know-it-all. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

He could play a villain on one of those old series, like Mannix or something.
LOL! I agree, Wes! — YUR
I agree that many of those so-called motivational speakers put out a lot mumble-jumble when we can get better from our grandfathers.
However, a few of Brian Tracy’s videos have little tidbits that might be useful to hear.
Try a couple of the short ones.

I’m sure that many of these guys have a lot to offer, lwc. For some, at least. I’m just one of those doubting Thomas’ who can’t be told anything by guys like this. Part of me just thinks they’re in it just for the money, and they don’t even believe their own spiel! — YUR
I agree, unc, that their main objective is to make money for themselves and their ’empires’, but, you have to give them credit for being good at it; it works for them.
Some people learn to copy their style and also become good at it. If I felt inspired to speak in public about an issue I believed needed addressing, I would copy their style, too, ’cause it seems to work.
As long as they don’t hurt or cheat anybody, I say God bless them all.
I said “part of me”, lwc. Like I originally stated, they just don’t speak to me. They rely on clichés and buzz words to “motivate”. Sure, they’ve got a right to speak. Just as I have a right not to want to hear their spiel. — YUR
