Answer:  CONCESSION SPEECH

(Great stinky pun!  I loved it.  All of today’s jumbles appear to be brand new.  I didn’t struggle with any of them, but I did mis-see a couple of them for a second or two.  At first I saw science, instead of “scenic”, and stomach, instead of “mascot”.  A nice, long 16-letter answer letter layout made for a beautifully cryptic jumble.  Nothing about it looked obvious to me.  It looks like it’s the Jumblers vs. the Scramblers basketball game!  I sure hope Jeff was exaggerating a little with the food prices, because if not I won’t be going to any ball games anytime soon.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
