Cryptoquote Spoiler – 01/12/18

(I think this must be a line said by a character in one of his plays.  It sounds kind of tongue-in-cheek to me.  Maybe, it has to do with choosing one’s words more carefully, because sometimes people can be too brutally honest.  But, is being quotable really better than being honest?  Does anyone know the particulars of this line???  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
